"I have been having some issues with my resume not getting through the automated process, and so after taking a few online workshops, I decided to visit here to see if anyone could help me out. At first, it was a process to get to the right part of the building and correct person. I'm here to help you know before you go. So first off there is a few videos attached to the review that will help but basically if you are infront of the main building facing it walk to your right till you see a parking lot then walk through the parking lot and on the left you will see the door marked OHIO Means Jobs. Go through the door and upstairs to the main floor. There is a reception desk and this is where it was a little clunky the first guy told me to go check in on the computer then the second person asked me what I needed and didn't even know I had already checked in on the computer she hooked me up with Nicole. Nicole came out and well told me the truth. My resume for this day and age was no good. She is brilliant and very helpful. I am so glad I went here today. I was told by another that I would have to pay $750 to get help with my job inquiries and resume. She explained to me what was the most effective way to take my experience and skills and organize it in a way recruiters would give me interviews. So if you are also lost in the current job market, go see Nicole she is absolutely fantastic, and the work on my resume will begin soon! If this review helped you at all, please mark as helpful and follow me for more reviews around the world."
