Depending on your product and if it's still in support, Microsoft support experts are available to help you with a broad selection of support options and able to address product and service challenges for a more personalized experience.
These often help resolve issues without the need to contact support. If a troubleshooter is available for your issue, select Run to start that troubleshooter. Windows troubleshooters Get Help has troubleshooters, or diagnostic tests, that can check your system configuration for anything that might be causing issues using your devices.
You can use the Quick Assist web app to get help with your computer directly from Microsoft support agents. The app connects your computer with the Microsoft support agent’s computer using a remote connection.
You can also try our guided support in your browser to help with activation issues. I thought this device included Microsoft 365 or a non-subscription version of Office.
