"The tech who drew my blood was amazing. I would give her a 5 star rating. She only poked me one time. \n\nI had my blood drawn on a Tuesday morning and did not get any results on their app until Saturday morning. This seemed ridiculously slow for my results. OhioHealth has gone to Quest Diagnostics for their outpatient lab tests. I am not sure if I will go back. \n\nThe app was easiest enough to use and understand."

"I scheduled an appointment and it really made things go more smoothly. Definitely recommend a schedule online, which is easy enough instead of going without an appointment.\n\nI also like the app, which allows me to easily see my labs. I prefer to be able to visit that app instead of having to log into my chart."
