"Placed an order on september the first to be delivered on the seventh between 13:45 and 16:45 for a fifty five inch tv and a soundbar, The time came and went with no call and no show. Driver finally calls at eight fifteen, says they're picking up the soundbar at the at the store. I told them at that point we need to reschedule. I called and talked to customer service, and they said, I would have to call on Sunday. So I did, then they told me, I'd have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to process it. Here it is monday at twelve noon and still have not received a call back to schedule the new delivery and they've got my money. That has got to be the dumbest ass procedure, i've ever heard about you never make customer wait. And when you screw up that customer should get top priority to get it fixed. I wouldn't trust best lie if they were in church praying. Unfortunately yelp will not allow up me to give them zero stars when they truly deserve negative numbers."

"CRITICAL WARNING: Avoid Dash Cam Installation Here. Failed Wiring Led to Dealer Repair.\n\nI brought my 2025 Toyota Prius to this location for the hardwire installation of a 70mai 4K Omni dashcam (for constant power/parking mode). This job requires connecting fuse taps to non-essential, ignition-switched circuits.\n\nFailure 1: Initial Incompetence On the first visit, the technician tapped directly into two separate ECU circuits (Electronic Control Unit). Tapping into the ECU, which is the vehicle's core computer network, is a fundamental error on a new vehicle and can risk damaging critical electronic systems. I noticed my parking mode failed because the installer had tapped into circuits that cut power, so I had to self-diagnose and move the taps to separate accessory circuits just to get the car mobile.\n\nFailure 2: Senior Technician Damages Safety Circuit I returned for a second scheduled appointment, where I was told a 'Senior Technician' would correct the wiring. The technician proceeded to re-tap the circuits, but the car immediately began throwing a 'System Malfunction' error. When questioned, I was told, 'that is normal on hybrids, it will go away.' It did not go away. They had again tapped a critical ECU circuit, and the resulting voltage interruption damaged the front safety system.\n\nFailure 3: Customer Service & Cost I was forced to take my brand-new car to the Toyota service center, where I was charged for diagnosis. The dealer identified a hard fault code (U023587 - Lost Communication with Front Distance Range Sensor), confirming the front radar was dead due to a lack of power, directly caused by the dashcam installation.\n\nFinal Warning: This location's repeated failure to adhere to basic electrical safety rules on a sensitive new vehicle is unacceptable. You are lucky if your car remains mobile and functional after they work on it. Take your vehicle to a specialized aftermarket car electronics shop."

"So today 12/3/2025 at 640pm I walked into north olmsted best buy to get my glass screen protector on my iPad that I just purchased there a couple days ago. I was told multiple times in person and over the phone I did not and couldn't schedule an appointment with qeek squad to apply the protector and just walk in when I want it done. I have a best buy total membership there. Have been a frequent purchaser and have used qeek squad multiples times. On this occasion though when I walked in the guy who was working there tonight named Jason Kelly (CIA senior) started off saying do you have any appointment? I replied with no i do not, I was told multiples times I didnt need one and couldn't make an appointment to apply a screen protector on. He stated he was very busy tonight and didnt think he could do it. Mind you the screen noted next Available appt was 720pm. He then proceeded to tell me to find someone else working there to apply it. So I did that and Noone would/could help me with this. Some offered but honestly stated they've never done it before which I didnt want bubbles in it so I decided to wait at qeek squad for Jason to accomplish this hopefully. When he got done with the current customer he was working with when I got in I was still sitting there waiting for him to call me up. As soon as the customer walked away, Jason didnt even look my way, he walked straight to the back of the store (doing god knows what). I was in disbelief on the rudeness and unprofessional status he was offering me. I continued to wait he finally comes back and I got up from the seat and started to take my iPad out of the box and walked up to the desk to him. He then stated so theres gonna be a charge for this. I replied with no theres not because ive had this done multiple times before and I have a best buy total membership, he then scruffy said what's the phone number to the account, I gave him it and he had me fill out the form and said okay it'll take like 10 15 min...I said okay. He does the work, surpringly with no issues even though he definitely did not want to do this for me. He then states to me that best buy has new rules for qeek squad and I have to make an appt. Which I replied with again I was told on multiple occasions I do not and couldn't with what I wanted done today. He was very unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and if he doesn't want to do his job then he should just retire. I've never been treated like this before there and Jason Kelley should not be working there with the way he acted tonight. Ill be taking my business to a different best buy location because of him. If I were you id highly recommend going to a different location for best buy qeek squad services if Jason Kelley is going to be the one working with you. He was extremely unpleasant especially when he found out he had no other choice but to do his job."
