You can access MED365 webmail by following this link: https://portal.apps.mil/. You will need a CAC (Common Access Card) to access it. You'll need to login with your @health.mil email. This will not work on personal computers unless you're logged into the WRNMMC network via VPN or AVHE.

It is fed from the Integrated Personnel and Pay System. It will update automatically but it may take up to a month. You should also make sure your mil connect is updated.

DoD Webmail has been a failure. Here's how I would fix it.: I posted this on the Army G6 blog and several other sites. My unit has migrated to EE recently there are several major issues that are going to directly contribute to security.
With all the money DoD spends on these websites, you'd think that they'd be able to figure out a solution to this situation. Why do they have to make it additionally hard for you to access almost all .mil websites by clicking "continue anyway"? Even then sometimes it doesn't work and I can't access the website from home, such as MEDPROS or AIM2.
